Annual Trick or Treating will take place October 31st from 5pm to 7pm. Trunk or Treat will be taking place in front of the courthouse and prizes will be awarded to best in show.

This year marks the 146th annual Old Settler’s Days celebration. The celebration will be taking place in downtown Toulon August 4th-6th.

Representatives from FEMA are hosting the Open House on June 22, 2023 at the Toulon Public Library from 4:00-6:00pm.

There will be routine hydrant flushing throughout the week. Residents may notice abnormalities in water pressure and discoloration.

There is a water main break on Musselman St. Boil order is in effect for those living off of Route 17 between East and Musselman St.

Water main work will begin 10/3/22 on East Jefferson street from Olive to Union street.

Stark Excavating is planned to begin work on the lift station beginning Tuesday 8/30/22. Expect one lane traffic and potential stoppages.

Starting September 2022, your residential waste collection day will change from Tuesday to Wednesday.
