OSA 2023

This year marks the 146th annual Old Settler’s Days celebration. The celebration will be taking place in downtown Toulon August 4th-6th.

Keep watching local papers for schedules of all the upcoming events and added attractions. A few things to look forward to would be the American Legion Fish Fry, OSA Pageant, Kiddie Tractor Pull, Indian Creek Run, Car/Truck/Semi/Tractor Cruise-In, annual parade, beer tent, and music entertainment.

Craft Show

Badge Honorees and Queen Contestants

The badge honorees and queen contestants will be announced on July 19th in the Toulon City park. The Old Settlers Association will be serving hotdogs, chips, and cupcakes for the event.

Cruise In

Indian Creek 5k

The annual marathon will take place Saturday, August 5th at 8:00am.

Donations

If you would like to donate towards the Old Settlers Association to help keep this event alive, the Association is accepting donations via cash, check, or money order. Donations can be mailed to OSA PO Box 384 or dropped off at Connie’s Country Kitchen or the State Bank of Toulon. If you would like to donate via Venmo please Venmo @Douglas-Parrott. All donations are tax deductible through our 501C-3 designation.
