FEMA Open House

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is updating the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) for Stark County, Illinois and Incorporated Areas. This includes the City of Toulon and your neighborhood. Your property is within an area impacted by these mapping updates.
